Course Objectives
An action-packed fun program that helps a child to gain life skills and nurture interpersonal abilities – this is the design behind Anandha Kalvi, an art-enrichment training program that features art forms intertwined with theatre skills and performance training.
Our course program is aimed to make the children get connected to our culture and enhance their skills in performance training. At the end of the course, the child evolves to be a self-directed leader building up on his/her core values with a renewed awareness. They become adept at expressing their thoughts and ideas in Tamil with more confidence and emphasis.

Rani Kanna
A dynamic storyteller, theatre practitioner, and an innovative arts educator, Rani Kanna is also a language specialist and a master professional in the arts and education field. A trained National Institute of Eduction teacher, she enjoys teaching speech and drama, theatre, storytelling and integrating Indian traditional art forms in education in MOE schools and Akt Acedamy.
Rani Kanna is the founder-director of the company, AKT creations and has also organised mega literary events such as the yearly AKT Festival, an international storytelling event. She is passionate about developing language through storytelling and dramatisation. Rani has been directing theatre plays and preschool musicals since 2014.
Rani employs her expertise in educating children on performing arts and is dedicated to promote Tamil among the young minds. She has been conducting successful interactional drama and storytelling workshops for teachers, parents, students and volunteers.
Kalah Rajesh Kannan
An ardent educator, animated storyteller, performing artiste and a dramaturgist rolled in one, Kalah Rajesh Kannan is a certified Special Needs Educator as well.
Passionate in her profession, Kalah has honed her skills in speech and drama, traditional art forms, storytelling, socio drama, music and movement. On the Board as a Director for AK Theatre Ltd, Kalah has been contributing significantly towards stage plays, sensory theatre, language development, and theatre classes.
Kalah has been a dedicated educator in MoE Schools and also conducts sessions for teachers, parents and students on storytelling, performance arts and sensory storyboarding.
