Programme Synopsis
Deepavali in Animal Land is a heartwarming story that highlights the true essence of Deepavali—togetherness, values, and meaningful celebrations. It follows a family of three—a father, mother, and daughter—who are caught up in extravagant spending and social status, losing sight of what truly matters. The daughter, longing for a celebration with loved ones, is disappointed by her parents’ priorities.
Through a magical turn of events, they are transported to Animal Land, where they encounter a wise crow, an industrious ant, and a mighty lion. Each animal imparts valuable lessons: the crow teaches the joy of sharing, the ant emphasizes the importance of savings, and the lion highlights the distinction between need and greed. These experiences lead the family to a newfound understanding of Deepavali’s true significance.
The show, presented through a blend of traditional dances, skits, and narration, conveys a meaningful message—festivals are not about extravagance but about embracing traditions and celebrating with loved ones.
