Programme Synopsis

This story revolves around a closely knit family that comes together during festivals and special occasions, taking part in the preparations as a unit. However, the youngest child in the family is more influenced by modern trends and seems detached from cultural traditions.

It now becomes the responsibility of the elders to enlighten the child, helping them reconnect with their roots. The story unfolds as family members attempt to instill an understanding of customs and rituals. Over time, the child realizes the significance of preserving traditions and why they must be passed down from generation to generation.

As part of the celebration, traditional art forms such as Oyil Aatam (scarf dance) and Parai Isai (parai frame drum music) will be incorporated to encourage student interaction.

This heartwarming family drama highlights the importance of cultural heritage and traditions while emphasizing values such as family bonding, sharing, and celebrating in a multicultural society. It also echoes the age-old legend of good triumphing over evil—symbolizing the need to dispel negativity and embrace positivity.
